just visited today. Price is still reasonable, but if i wanna apply for loan, i only can get 70% as i have 2 house already..
after 5% discount i need to pay 25% downpayment, 3k booking fees, and i need to pay for 13k++ legal fees once signing S&P, 50k++ pay during construction period..is that correct? |

the property title is under commercial, but loan is under residential...hmm, can be like that way?
