Agree that Cyberjaya is oversupply at the moment. But look at long term, it is still a good place to stay and there are job opportunity nearby. Most important, the launching price is reasonable and overall design concept is good.

Kanvas. There is a sky lounge on the top floor. This will be lease out or used as common hall?

I booked one unit.
KANVAS. How are you going to strata title the sky lounge and common hall since this is commercial title? These title will be under developer or all the buyer? What is the floor height? any lighting provided? |
