the SA would have pointed it out as a selling point, like how d'pulze did it last time before mcd pulled out from d'pulze.

if the news is true, not only it would benefit kanvas, but also the CBJ community.

but if terpaksa, then have to buy the dryer already. now got the portable type. can hang and dry.

even pangaea's studio also don't have balcony. sqft so small already, if need to allocate for balcony, then no more space.

the studio in Mutiara Ville got balcony though, because it's quite big as a studio. 500sqft, can manage to allocate some sqft for balcony.
