cyber is better than putrajaya right? i think so. i wanted to buy putrajaya like the spsetia dwiputra close to 400k 900over sqft but wonder whether the appreciation is faster than cyber. i think cyber faster should be

Please don't be upset.

Even condominium with large balcony has house rules that forbid hanging of clothes to dry. Those residents are expected to hang in their yard which is often too small and some use as wet kitchen for cooking. Therefore, they end up using a dryer too.

For kanvas, you may use a dryer in the storeroom OR go down to the launderette (on lobby floor) and hopefully meet some nice people to chit chat while waiting..

If u cannot hold, better don't come to Cyberjaya.

I don't think can flip now. Too many units already. It will be buyer's market. Really have to see the location.
