Dear Ibbrio
Please don't be upset.
Even condominium with large balcony has house rules that forbid hanging of clothes to dry. Those residents are expected to hang in their yard which is often too small and some use as wet kitchen for cooking. Therefore, they end up using a dryer too.
For kanvas, you may use a dryer in the storeroom OR go down to the launderette (on lobby floor) and hopefully meet some nice people to chit chat while waiting..

Some of those who stay in landed which have extremely large balcony preferred dryer or even laundry. Not everybody likes to do their house chores anyway.
It's just hilarious that given the technology and conveniency these days, people are still worry about where to hang their clothes.
