so now i can assume 1 row of link house at least got half were furnished with curtain or there is a car park inside ?

We were 50% occupied middle of last year. I suppose you can assume so.

shaftsbury cheapest ard 320-330k.

make 50k gross?

maybe shaftsbury location is a bit more strategic?
