ya true. i rather hang than pay for extra electricity. tongue.gif
but if terpaksa, then have to buy the dryer already. now got the portable type. can hang and dry.

even pangaea's studio also don't have balcony. sqft so small already, if need to allocate for balcony, then no more space. sweat.gif

the studio in Mutiara Ville got balcony though, because it's quite big as a studio. 500sqft, can manage to allocate some sqft for balcony. tongue.gif

Dear Ibbrio

Please don't be upset.

Even condominium with large balcony has house rules that forbid hanging of clothes to dry. Those residents are expected to hang in their yard which is often too small and some use as wet kitchen for cooking. Therefore, they end up using a dryer too.

For kanvas, you may use a dryer in the storeroom OR go down to the launderette (on lobby floor) and hopefully meet some nice people to chit chat while waiting.. biggrin.gif

Hi Kanvas,

Suggestion here.

Can your website (kanvas.my) includes a page called "Site Progress" with monthly updated photo?

Like what you're currently doing in Kanvas FB page but to wider audience, you can update in website as well, more organized. laugh.gif

So true. rclxms.gif

Some of those who stay in landed which have extremely large balcony preferred dryer or even laundry. Not everybody likes to do their house chores anyway. tongue.gif

It's just hilarious that given the technology and conveniency these days, people are still worry about where to hang their clothes. sweat.gif

because we are in malaysia where sun is plenty unlike UK
i used to use dryer when i was in UK
no issue
just sometimes can damage clothes or little shrinkage
but malaysia is a hot country
why waste energy when you can have natural weather to dry the clothes
if you see large apartment, they still have balcony and yard. i don't agree with hanging clothes at balcony unless no yard
underwear needs to hang somewhere so balcony or dryer lor. cry.gif
