Honestly I dont quite recommend brand like Star or Elephone as those are more likely clone phone (山寨版）. Its better to get more from those more reputable for your own safety. T11 is a good choice for what you paid, which I gotten mine for less than 220 usd with fedex/dhl shipping. 2gb ram 16gb rom is pretty neat enough for daily usage with 8mp (13mp interpolated) & 5mp camera combo. It even support smart wake where my t200c lack, where you could double tap on your screen to wake you phone and etc. Want something even more cheaper can try out coolpad f1, which now should be able found at not more than 190 usd with shipping or I think local shop already got sell. Or if want to get fhd at unbelieving price, then order a k touch nibiru h1 from tmall/taobao for less than 1k yuan, fhd 2gb ram 16gb rom.

The superb price performance ratio make china branded phone currently my favourite.
