hi guys. last week while i was riding my LC, there was a sudden high pitch noise for a few seconds n then it disappeared. But after that there was a sound coming from below, kinda like loose dry chain rolling on dry sprocket. But my chain was lubed. i located the source of the sound coming from the lift side of the engine. i removed front sprocket cover to see if any chipped tooth, none.
the sound most pronounced when i ride slowly (maybe because low engine sound) or when i coasting with clutch lever pulled. i can still ride daily 80km like normal. just worry that the sound is something major. today changing gear is a little bit sticky.
my bike is LC135 ES year 2010, mileage 128,000km. complete overhaul done around 100,000km.
any ideas what the problem is?

QUOTE(ahmy @ Mar 22 2019, 09:45 AM) HI, my LC have a small bulge at front tyre. Does anyone have experience any of this before? may i know is it because of masuk lubang at high speed? One more thing, is it normal if motor kapcai do tyre balancing? never had that problem before. replace your tyre immediately. the casing koyak ady. tyre balancing, not normally done since not riding at high speed. but no harm doing it.

QUOTE(ahmy @ Jun 28 2019, 09:01 AM) Hey, does anyone know if easter is good for LC135? Im using motul 5100 for now and didnt notice what's the difference between motul 3100 when riding. May i know if it is worth to use easter one (Motul 5100) or should i just stick with Motul 3100 which is cheaper try 7100 been a long time user of 5100. tried 7100 recently n then when time for oil change, i chose 5100. now can't wait for oil change to use 7100 again.

QUOTE(kona|kona @ Jul 4 2019, 02:06 PM) monoshock ni keras bagus ke lembut bagus? neither. deoends. QUOTE(kona|kona @ Jul 4 2019, 02:06 PM) and macam mana nak tau dia dah rosak? bouncy. if u go over a speed bumb, ur rear oscillates/bounces more than usual. ideally should just dive n rebound n stop.

QUOTE(ahmy @ Aug 9 2019, 01:05 AM) Hello guys, do you any recommended fork oil to use for LC135? I got see in market which Semi Synthetic, Fully Synthetic and got Light 5W, Medium 10W and sometimes Heavy 15/20W. I dont know which one is better i use whatever the shop had, which was motul. not sure semi or fully, but used heavier oil than standard to make it firmer. QUOTE(kona|kona @ Aug 9 2019, 11:58 AM) man your back rim must be dirty as hell wipe lah after applying oil onto the chain. rim not as dirty. front sprocket cover and stands dirty.

QUOTE(ahmy @ Aug 14 2019, 10:19 AM) May i know how much it cost when you service your fork? Because i ask 1 workshop yesterday and he quoted me around RM70-80 using Apido Fork Oil (Only RM9). Is it a good oil? He said that price including some screws, nuts and oil seal. i honestly don't remember how much it was. pretty sure it was more than that. never heard of apido.

QUOTE(ahmy @ Aug 20 2019, 12:40 PM) for me if city drive (short distance) Lagenda is better is it use fuel injection, more petrol saving i guess compare to LC135. most of the time home to mrt station. if i'm late, i ride from kajang to KL. sometimes to run errands, maybe kajang to PJ. once in a while need to go kajang to port klang for work.
