hey guys..anyone use gearbox 1,2,4 21t..i need to know what sprocket ratio suitable for this gearbox..block 62mm uma,carb 28mm..currently use 15/34..

yes with uma high cam..need more top speed..not pickup..everyday use highway..

How many cc with this setup? How modded is the RR? You mean Kawa 150RR, right?

std tuned rr ........  62mm jack 4mm  , gb , sprocket , big valve head port and polish according spec , cdi , carb , ekzos ..... can sebelah sebelah with rr ....  u bore so big ..... radiator still std ???

crappy123how much have you spent on this project? At that setup, the bike is going to vibrate very hard, so top speed cannot jadi already. Even if you force it, it is very dangerous. So far, you share very limited information, but I hope your foreman spec everything out properly so your bike is not running dangerously. Things like compression ratio, torque spec, sufficient cooling etc...

coolign not enough 

i trying to said is 54mm generated heat ... u still using such size of radiator ..... 7xmm u still using same size ....  just worry the temperature kenot cool down fast enough .....

and thermostat remove it .. let the coolant jalan jer ....  turn on the fan when u stop at traffic light or not moving ....  dint help much when u running while turn on the fan .. it will condamn ur battery more fast 

usually for engine design, one of the biggest problem is cooling. You should think about upgrading the tank or adding extension radiator, before all your money goes overheating.
