Old model is standard bulb. Stanley is fine.
New model seems to use H4.

Can you guys recommend good lock for me?

Did you lock your Lagenda last time?
So far it seems Xena disc lock, and chain+padlock is good.

or is it they just sapu whatever seems like easy prey?

Anyone tried 6speed gb at lc 5s before? How is d fc for highway touring?
*
The available 6-speed gearbox have close ratio, and similar final gear ratio. It does not affect FC on highway.
Unless you're referring to YZF-15R gearing, then it would benefit FC.

if stock engine can use these exhausts? will they damage the engine?

my ODO will reach 24k km soon. do I need to do top overhaul? why do we need to do top overhaul?
*
Full system exhaust changes power character, so supposedly need full retune. A proper tuning needs a dyno, so I guess we can forget about it.
For most models, just plug and play, except for AHM M1, if I'm not mistaken. During use, if notice any flat spot, just take note of throttle position and RPM, and we can discuss here on improvements.

LC service interval is 6k, so 24k km should be about right. Nobody really does top overhaul unnecessarily, and it isn't something that can be inspected easily.
Sometimes, poor workmanship during head removal and reassembly will just make things worse. Unless, if you can hear noises related to camshaft, or timing chain, perhaps you should consider it. Other than that, spark plug, air filter, inspect wheel bearings and swingarm bush, steering bearing etc.

went to sentul just now & grab some accessories (brake n cluctch lever, radnet, engine cover, givi box). just clocked 100km for today with another 4 bars on the meter and i must say its fc iis really impressive (i ride 2 stroke bikes for more than a decade).

4 bars out of how many total?

thanks for the good advice and very informative reply. I think I just need to service normally e.g change engine oil & oil filter etc no need to go for top overhaul yet

right before my 22k km service, my LC produce 'new' sound everytime I release my throttle. it's obvious and I am not quite sure whether it does sound like that before... or maybe the sound exist but just not loud hmm.gif
*
Probably the vacuum release when air cut-off valve opens.
Check the manual page 6-14 for details.

I have the Owner's Manual but 6-14 falls under Periodic Maintenance & Minor Repair - Coolant hmm.gif

Is this a normal sound right after I release the throttle?
*
The 'grwwwww' sound? Doesn't sound like any sort of damage to me.
In your manual, search for the word 'reed'.

*
I don't know the model of the stock tyres.
How much trade in value? I'd say just use it and not trade in.

hi sifu alexei notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

From LC to ZX150RR and now back to basic Lagenda 115Z. But currently most of time it 'sadai' at parking only, mostly driving to work now. haha

sign0006.gif Saw you looking for used sedan car under 45k with good FC. Suggest you look into City 1.5.
Also, do look into Chevrolet Sonic Sedan and let me know what you think. It has 15k km service interval.
Extra 10k can get Honda Hybrids. New car get Persona SV.

Others are not meeting your criteria: Jazz, Swift, Forte.
Older cars to consider: Altis 1.8

Old Persona has water leaking problems due to poor design.
Preve CFE is turbo engine, bad FC for traffic jams, like 12L/100km.

Refer here also: RM60k used cars...

Currently eyeing either City or Vios since both has good FC as well as low maintenance cost. Dad & mom blabbering when I said I'm looking for Persona  laugh.gif
Conti or US is a no-no right now, spareparts dem hard and costly too. Japanese cars still can send to bawah pokok bengkel one laugh.gif

The Sonic is 1.4L and year 2014. Very bad resale value.
New at 78k after rebate, now 40k km selling for less than 50k negotiable... It's assembled in Korea by Daewoo, so it could last very well like the Nabira.

Anyhow, good luck. I think City 1.5 is a better bet. Vios is the safer bet.
Persona SV or Elegance quite ok. Bring them for test drive. Rear independent suspension and full disc brakes are better in a sense than City and Vios.

Compare them here: Persona SV, Persona Elegance, City 1.5S 2014, Vios 1.5J 2014,

Yeah, it's the D102FA (Front) and D102A (Rear).
I'll take the dunlop and use until it's finished.

Agree..Grip is good in hot day...but dont expect in raining day.
*
But seriously, are there any good kapcai tyres good in rainy days?
I doubt even the sisik ones, like Maxxis 3D, Maxxis Volans, Shinko or those copycat are any better. Good grip in wet depends on silica compound, not those fancy patterns.
