tempting bike, quite cheap compare previous sbk....

mine now only get 31.5km on average....

HP not more than 25HP,
LC about 130kg...

Kapcai don't mod, get big commuter bike like that is best.

But last time where got such option all sbk high FC and high maintenance....

Last time can afford also, all sbk like 100% overprice....

Kawa ER6n, Z800, R6 all below 20km per liter....

The CBR 500 2014 fc is even better than Kawa Z250 or Ninja 250....

Well, you have to look hard enough, and be more tolerating. Of course, if you can only consider new bikes, there isn't an option.
FC of CBR500R is good, 250R is average for its CC, but they are similar around 50~60mpg.

If I have the money to buy a brand new kapcai, I would rather get any other used bike.
Imagine if at the time, you bought a 2nd hand ZZR250 at 7k. Even today, you can sell the bike at the same price.

I experience tat also bought a yamaha cup at 800, use for 3 yrs, sell at 600, not much lose money but the repair, the next owner untung lo....

For me if not gonna mod and wanna use for long distance maybe pg to kl to sg, then better get new la...

bro alexei, i dont have the service manual. only owners manual. there are no topic on adjusting the fuel or air mixture for the carburetor. only idle screw (1300 - 1500 RPM) using a tachometer.

i searched on google, and didnt found any softcopy of new yamaha lc service manual.

perhaps, anybody here could help by telling the fuel screw stock setting for new yamaha lc ?

is it a good idea to wear a full face helmet if riding this bike?
i have never saw someone who ride a moped wearing full face helmet...
only saw those who ride scooters are using full face motocross helmet.

cahayamalamkuto protect your face is up to you. I've seen quite regularly people wear fullface while riding moped. more common these days, since it's affordable, budget models like MHR, LS2, Greyfosh etc. motocross helmet i tried before, with visor, made me pening, and wind resistance quite bad.
