Just to correct ur code.
it's actually -----: >*<<*<* (u left out the * at the end)
(the < & > stands for left/right direction of ur joystick)

This code is actually assigned for SE K series phones to check maintenance and service settings(contrast), i'm not so sure wthr it works with other SE series eg. J and W.
