Notbad la but the director kiamsiap level:-
- no pen cannot change new pen ( stationary). Blue change blue, red change red.. cannot change red pen with blue pen.
- toilet paper .. bring ur own if possible
- MC use panel( bring chip). no panel can claim RM10 nia ( u see panel witout chip also RM10 nia)
- MC kena potong allowance
- Air cond selalu rosak.. no buy new air cond but keep on repairing..
- lunch 45min
- Director bring her house maid to become cleaner at company

HL last time i hate them to the max.. withdraw money need to pay RM0.50, even deposit money also need pay RM0.50 if using book account.. last time before merging with EON their ATM are sucks and dont have deposit machine..

not to mention their branch ( smaller branch) dont even have chairs for customer to sit and wait. we need to line up ( yes no number, just lining up)

somehow after merging with EON, their service updgrade.. current most of my loan account are with HL ( basically is with EON, they take over so is with them lo)
