i tahan for d current chinaman company for 1 year d ..just nice.. phew,thank god im working on a new job soon. weeeeeeeeee....

I don't have the guts to tell the company name. oh well,you have not heard of it for sure,as long it's not the famous one like other companies do. I only know of this company is my friend introduced me in there,but she cabut earlier,unlike me. coz i believe if i cabut lesser than 1 year working experience,no other companies would hire me.Oh yea,the best part is must get bonus 1st only ciao,dont care whether the bonus is less or lots,but heard from other colleagues.the bonus is fixed. chinaman company-i dont expect they will give alot,as long got bonus better than never.i'm still ok with it. lol

just wanna share the bad experiences of mine.:

1.I take leave for traveling,they scolded me like mad,as if I was in a sin..(p.s:not only applies to me,and other colleagues as well)

2.people take leave only ma,also not your leave,how come scold people till like that one? =.=

3.written said it's given that specific job position right,but ended up you have to do mini other tasks from other departments,is like doing admin job lol.but luckily,i told the superior off during appraisal time,i cannot cope with X,i just wanna cope with Y.thats it!and lucky I'm able to focus on Y from that day onwards only.

4.credits they take,shits we get!
-so many times la. even if the work is also done by me ... as long don't expect they will praise u on d hardwork that u have paid off.
p.s:i guess many people are facing this. :

and etc...definitely...those are d main ones so far..

and finally found a new job,looking forward,hopefully it's a better one....

anyway if wanna think of changing job next time,i will definitely see the pros n cons of the posted companies in lowyat forum here before i think twice to apply lol.
