- Working day and night as IT vendor. Attach to few project per person. But if thing coming in, boss say he want. So u need to adhoc your task.
- Last time, basic salary small, but give commission monthly. Now give basic a bit big. But still below market
- Travel here and there, RM0.26/KM for mileage inside KL. Outside, RM0.19/KM
- Day allowance if outstation: RM18. If USD, then convertlah yourself. Must still maintain RM18
- Medical: RM40. More than that, your own expenses
- Bill telephone: please highlight your bill for office number and staff only. No lumpsum bill or fix allowance. As IT support engineer, yeah.
- They just abolish saturday working (if you guys interested), before this, saturday half day working
- Of course no OT if you need to stayback for further system testing or project support.
- One time, I kena scold on the email because late for 10 minutes. He never see, my punch out was 9-10pm.
- CNY holiday, boss will open office according to his fengshui. For additional day after CNY holiday need to take "compulsory leave". Yeah, it'll minus your annual leave
- AL, 14 days per year. Need to take evenly throughout year. Cannot bundle suka suka take straight.
