I've friend in a Malaysia home deco company called - MBS Group Home Decoration.

Their salary - below par.
Annual Leave - 8 Days before confirmation. 12 Days upon confirmation (which need 6 months).
Public holidays - Only those big holidays like CNY /Hari Raya. Those wesak day or sultan birthday still need to work.
Working ours - 830AM - 530PM (Monday - Saturday). Saturday is full day btw.

Is this able to top the list?

I know there's a law stated our maximum working hours are 48hrs a week, but there are many company tried to practice work-life balance. So clearly this company practising the most cina style by fully utilise the law. Sadly, my friend and staff always need to work extra hours (no OT) until 7PM. Boss will only say 1 thing "i didn't ask u to OT, but u just need to get it done before XXX time."

My friend got no X-mas holiday or wesak holiday or those "small" holiday. First year working only got 8Days AL is the minimum standard, and the company nailed it.

Boss wants to make the company's brand young and fun and trendy, but then everyone working like mad, all the fun also gone every time my friend think of the next day, LOL.

Bonus based on KPI, but he told me most of them only got 1 month bonus last year.

Edit: I'm a chinese myself but seriously, screw this cina mentality.

I need to add something on the company I mentioned. From what my friend told me,

1) Mileage claim as RM0.40 per KM.
2) Management strictly discourage 'love-like' relationship among staff. If found by the management then they will sack.
3) Boss suka suka then will ask for meeting. No such thing as schedule a meeting with boss.
4) Since boss is so busy, many things can only be approved when he is available, and it gives the staff a very short notice to prepare the project.
5) Bonus paid by cash.
