currently working in a chinaman company, the qualities etc of a chinaman company exactly like where im working.

Applied for a interior designer job in the end turns out i have to do sales , which i might say im not very good at so most of the time im doing all the drawings and stuff.

Recently found out i might have lymphoma ( CT scan shows i have a huge abdominal mass)
i took like 3 medical leave , because i had to be admitted and by right employees should have a 14days medical leave, but noooo , she go ask the senior/hr , why she didnt deduct my salary, my leave already finish, blahblahblah, already told my boss i might have a serious medical condition, not like i take MC go jalan jalan shopping, im like stuck in the hospital, doing test and scans and she want to deduct my salary.

Its family owned company, the hubby is the typical ah pek who dresses like a taxi driver and burps loudly infront of customers -.- , the wife is so calculative, like every single cent also will question and calculate.

already work here 9 months, patiently waiting for 1 year then ciao .

so moral of the story AVOID FAMILY OWN BUSINESS, brings nothing but headache. i have yet to find a family owned business that is worth working for.
