What do badkid mean in the first post?
"High new employee turnover rate, and senior employee stayed in companies for a long long time"

Why senior employee would stay while the turnover rate is high? cannot brain.. If turnover rate is high means employees are not satisfies.. including senior right? enlighten me.

-no proper job description and training, throw you into the production line and expect you to learn from senior engineer. No clear career path.

-new employees have no annual leave in first year..i am not kidding...so use medical leave if have issues

-high turnove rrate,mhad 4 Managers , and three young engineer quit when i was there.

-measurement tools are old, example density meter use this beaker and a glass ball, proposed a new density meter and got whacked for showing intiiative. Management think they are the best if they cut cost and keepmusing old stuff.

-production line have no ventilations, just to save cost, many suffer respiratory problem,when audit time comes, they turn it on. Alotnof shameful cover up before audits, projects that are delayed were 'approved as completed'

- HR manager also finance manager is a super ungracious china  lady, gave warning letter to an engineer who just gave birth and had to take emergency leave because her baby is sick.

-when new director comes in, he bring his cronies and his own proxy company an dtry to have the plant source spare parts through his crony company. The company tried to sell a tool to my area that is three times the cost of that from a nother supplier.

-GM is a biology graduate, a favourite of the director, naik pangkat from supervisor,  has no idea what the plant is doing, he reads the charts prepared by the industrial engineer during meeting.attack other people to show he is smart...send unncessary emails to 'all users' just to show he work but alwayh go on a holiday or sick leave...like to delegate to the non HOD managers.

-promotion to senior engineer or senior psoitions is base on office politics....talk alot do nothing style.

-rampant facebook spying

-a place for makan gaji only, very few skills development other than surviving the office politics, but if economy down kene vss for young engineers to keep the old ones, so after 2 years left to continue studies.
