Why senior employee would stay while the turnover rate is high? cannot brain.. If turnover rate is high means employees are not satisfies.. including senior right? enlighten me.

what he meant is certain old employees that had stayed years in that particular company holding senior positions.

NOT everyone will move on even if they are not satisfied. There are certain ppl that complains up n down every single day but do not have the guts to move on/jump. Or maybe they have commitment that prevented them from jumping. Ppl with family especially.

-GM is a biology graduate, a favourite of the director, naik pangkat from supervisor,  has no idea what the plant is doing, he reads the charts prepared by the industrial engineer during meeting.attack other people to show he is smart...send unncessary emails to 'all users' just to show he work but alwayh go on a holiday or sick leave...like to delegate to the non HOD managers.

-promotion to senior engineer or senior psoitions is base on office politics....talk alot do nothing style.

-rampant facebook spying

-a place for makan gaji only, very few skills development other than surviving the office politics, but if economy down kene vss for young engineers to keep the old ones, so after 2 years left to continue studies.
