- massively underpaid staffs
- massively high turnover (5 staffs per month leaving)
- 6 months probation period
- small 1 month bonus every 2 years
- maximum of RM500 fixed allowance per month with no milelage claim at all
- need 2 go up KL from JB 3 times per month in odd hours using own car (12 am starting trip)...sometimes need 2 go up twice a week
- can only claim petrol and tol after outstation...wear and tear not covered
- any HR staff that need 2 work outside office will be targeted 2 get rung by cina apek HR manager every 30 minutes being so afraid and so insecure thinking they will shopping happily during work hours
- ridiculous additional workload from opening 2 much restaurant outlet with no pay increase (got some staff break down because of that already)
- small increment and can get only after 2 years of working
- no appreciation at all by bosses when staff found effective ways in solving problems
- food quality has dropped tremendously due 2 overdependent with foreign workers and cost cutting

I SNAPPED IN FURY AND THEN I RESIGNED 4 GOOD

all the pain has disappeared fast after the letter approved

Are you able to articulate what you have gained from this job to your new employers?
If not, I'm afraid you will jump from one massively underpaid company to another not so massive but still substantially underpaid company
