Chinaman companies are the the crabs (or craps,whatever) in our lives. It makes one feel the need to survive everyday.
On the other hand, corporations like the GLC is like a pot of simmering water and we, the frogs. Slowly boiling us to "sleep" while thinking the surrounding world is still rosy and nice. |

It's true that MNC has better system put in place. Unlike chinaman companies whereby the system is the boss himself. Means can change anytime according to his mood

Not only they like to change the mood, but they no trust other people. That's why everything also must go through them and cannot put a good working system in place.
I think they should improve themselves by looking around the business world today. Lots of changes and nowadays people talk about engagement, not merely on management. |
