Back to this thread again

I got a call today telling me my card application has been approved and they confirmed my mailing address, but since I was in the middle of work I completely forgot to ask if I could pick up my card from their office instead since I won't be in Malaysia for the next 12-14 days.
So I called back after work to check with them, but surprisingly my application is not in their system? And I haven't gotten any smses of any sort. Going to try calling again the next morning. In case any one is curious, this is how my application timeline went:
Sept 20: Went to Midvalley to submit application, got asked for additional verification
Sept 23: Sent verification (office scanner conked so I used phone camera)
Sept 26: No response so I called, baru they tell me not accepted because not scanned copy. The agent I dealt with personally dropped by my office to pick up the documents required
October 2: Phone call in the afternoon congratulating on my application approval and confirming mailing address
