Just found out I have been charged annual fee of RM200 for my citibank rewards platinum card.
I called the CS, but they said this cant be waived as this is a "special card".
I subscribed to two category, so each category is RM100.
And for every RM15,000 annual spent, then they will free one categories (RM100)
so I have to spend RM30,000 annually to waive my RM200.
I seldom use this card, damn regret to apply it.
Any one has experience waiving the fee?

Update (28th May 2014):
Followed the advices from LYN members.
I have faxed them the annual fee waiver request form few days ago.
They called me back and advised me to either
a) cancel this card, change to citibank choice card
b) cancel subscription for these two categories
then they will reverse the fee for me.
I have decided to keep cancel the categories subscription and keep the card.

As of 1st of July, in order to waive the annual fee. You can either
a) spend the cards 3 times (any amount)
b) spent a one time payment of min RM1500
Then you can call to request to waive the annual fee.
