citibank style is like that.. they hardly waive annual fees or offset gst(previously)..
Guess they are firm with it and they are not scare to lose customer like us... so just cancel the card, if more and more cancel, when they see their credit card business drop, then only their mgmt will do new sign up offer to attract back customer |
