3 years with citibank. 3 years annual fees waived and 2 years gotten back the gst.

First year they gave me cash back for the gst. So I havent paid any gst to date.

2 of the basic cards. GST rebate for both cards. its a long story. I called customer service to request they rebate the gst. But they ended up promoting some order product to me in order to get the gst rebate. I made a big hu ha on their fb page. And they called me up the next day and I have been enjoying gst rebates since. But I do have to call up and request each year. I think usage is another factor they do take into consideration.

I didnt complain because they didnt waive my gst. I complained when they started to promote their personal loan to me in order to get the gst waived.

yes. Annual fees is not an issue. They will always waive it. Its the gst thats a b****.

I get offers like these all the time... even calls to the CS to inquire about my cc. At the end of the call they would offer me. But I really hate when they call me up to offer this and that loan.
