Its very easy, Citibank point /200 = RM 1 ringgit...which mean that if you have 10k points....10k points /200 = RM 50....so when you visit a shop that accept Citibank On the spot point redemption, let say you choose a shirt RM 50, then you just tell the shop you want to deduct your point...then you will be deducted 10k points and you can get the shirt...
