Are San Francisco Coffee and Coffee Bean considered as "Dining" category?

In the terms and condition, there's no minimum spending per time mentioned. Because coffee bean will only takes about RM15 each time plus the buy 1 free one benefit.

Gonna trial and error with others. Too bad a lot of beverage outlets like Boost, Juicework and bakeries don't accept credit card. Could have been able to push up the % rebate if able to swipe CC there.
