anyone here applied new cc and approved last year?
im supposed to be getting the free baggage from citibank, after meeting the requirement of expenses.
however, until now, i still haven't get the bag.
i called 3 times to the call centre already, they always replied me, no stock, checking with their system, already approved and will be sent to me.
they promised me that i will be getting the baggage in mid of may. then i called again, then they said end of may.
now it's already june.
feeling frustrated by their lies.
anyone happen to have the same case as me?

i called again yesterday..
was told that my bag will be delivered to me in june or early july..

I have a citibank cash back credit card, with an outstanding installment plan of rm1600+..
However, next month (dec 31) is my anniversary..
which means i will be charged rm50 gst and annual fees after that...
but if they will charge me for the GST and Annual fees, I want to cancel the card before they charge me...
but how about my outstanding installment plan?
can I cancel first and pay back the balance later?

called to the CS to cancel my card as they charged me GST RM50.
the cancellation was approved immediately, straight away can't see my card in the online banking anymore.

i asked.. the CS told me for my case, my gst for the cashback card cannot be waived..

nope.
the CS told me to ignore the GST.
it will be waived automatically as soon as i cancelled it... but with condition: do not use the card after the final statement month.
