Received email from citibank that I won't 5 alphabet. None of it match. And I am sure I should have more alphabet by now. Anyone check yours?

I decided to cancel my citibank cc as well. I went to nearest shop to spend all my points before proceed for cancellation. Then I found out citibank points is 400 points=RM1, which I think is really ridiculous (0.025%). Some local bank is 200 points=RM 1 which is the double of citibank and it is lifelong AF free. Citibank offer 5x rewards on groceries is totally ridiculous after knowing their point exchange system.
