My Citi Plat first bill is 8/2013
so when I suppose to see the Annual fee popping up?
when should i check up on the waiver with them?
don mind about the ST, but not the AF
won't consider if they ask to waive with loan...etc

I have been hit with a fraud transaction on Sunday night, and notice the SMS alert after woke up Monday morning, instantly call them to block the card as well as the transaction...
but Monday evening notice my credit limit already being blocked away with that value of money.
Called up their line again today to question it, the staff claimed, I am not liable for it before it got posted, if it got through and posted, I can lodge a case with them again for investigation, and up to 60days for resolution/refund/etc.
I mean...WTF...whats the point of alert then, now end up i might get imposed with it and impacted with the credit, while waiting for them to investigate.
I had similar fraud previously with MBB and they were handled much more efficiently compared to this.
Card blocked and the staff already assure it won't get imposed to me, new card number created, transaction not posted, and move to new card, within a week got the new card.
If this is Citi nowadays...i m planing to call a quit now...
