Cancelled my card about a year ago due to Citibank not willing to waive annual fees. To my surprised last week, my card is still active with my last year annual fees waived. This does not benefits me at all, as I never use the card for close to a year now. I screw the CS upside down and cancel the card straight away.

Despite asking for a call back after Citibank probed on the case during my cancellation that time; to-date not a single follow-up call received. |
