I am keen to convert my Air Asia Silver to Clear card. I have called customer service and after checking, they told me if convert, I must pay Clear card annual fee RM90 immediately. They said I am not entitled for waiver upon conversion.
Has anyone tried conversion before and can share whether have to pay AF/ GST?
If I apply Clear card as second card, will I enjoy first year fee waiver with 3 swipes within 60 days?

QUOTE(Jackygwh @ Jul 16 2014, 05:24 PM) hrm....... any chance if re application will success ? Hi, Jacky, if you can somehow find out the reason before you re-apply, your chances would be better because you can counter whatever the issue was.

I went into RinggitPlus and left my details and received their email saying that Citibank will contact me within 3 days to start the application.
Keeping my fingers crossed that I can be the first 100 to claim the free tablet from RinggitPlus.

Hi hi Has anybody tried out the RinggitPlus promo? Until now still no one call me from Citi... Overwhelming response or just a gimmick to collect personal data?

Update... After more than 1 week no one from Citibank linked to RinggitPlus called me to follow up with my application, so I emailed them and asked them to forget it.

Finally Mr Kang from Citibank that tied up with RinggitPlus called me and told me that I am not eligible for the tablet because already holding Citibank card. They only want to reward brand new Citibank card member. Sob.
