QUOTE Revision of Over Limit calculation w.e.f 24th August 2014 Please take note that effective 24th August 2014, Over Limit calculation will be based on the total outstanding balance and any unbilled installments (e.g. Easy Payment Plan) on all your Citibank credit card(s) against your Customer Credit Limit. Kindly ensure that the total outstanding balance and any unbilled installments (e.g. Easy Payment Plan) on all your Citibank credit card(s) is within your Customer Credit Limit to avoid any possible disruption to your credit card usage and Over Limit charges of RM25. Guys, has anybody en-counted an issue as below ?
Something just hit my mind about my transactions, gving me an uneasy feeling, hence I asked my secretary to do a check on my credit card statement. Im not sure if it is a computer error, but it seems my debit does not tally with my credit. I have overpaid by quite a significant amount, and there is still showing "Unpaid Balance". Im a new citibank user from April, hence all records are still available online. I am currently getting in contact with Citibank for clarification on this issue, but just like to know if any of you had such an issue. Part of my mistake for not checking this every month. |

looks like a good no. of people got af waivers lately.
unlike some months ago many reported rejection. probably they relaxed a bit more seeing so many dropping the cards! gst rebate.... i think very tough now, except for premium/priority member cards, same with other banks... This post has been edited by AVFAN: Aug 8 2014, 10:49 AM |
