Most of My Cards come with Combo Program, Which mean I Only have to pay 1 GST or Offset with Rewards Points...
ie, My UOB Cards this Year X Pay GST All Offset by Rewards Point or MBB 2Cards also Using TP Redemption

At the End, I Only have to Pay 6 of Them...

FYI, Starting from July 2013 BNM have Forbidden the Bank to give Any Pre-approved Credit Card to Customer (without their Concern or applied), already...

At 1st They Call U when U got Nothing... NO $$$, NO Credit Card, No Credit History at All
After U have 3-4 Cards, They don't Bother to call U & Just Shoot Out their CC to You ..

Btw, Citi also Offer to Upgrade MY Clear Card (6 Months before the Expiry on 11/2014) to Rewards Platinum...
Since I X Favour on Coffee Bean & Watch Movie Alone usually on Thursday (Benefits of Clear Card Not Much Benefit Me)...

So, I just Agreed to accept their Upgrade (Rewards Platinum) + 2 Complimentary Reward Categories with NO Annual Fee just cuba 1 Tahun & See the Outcome 1st...

Nope I'm Not Regular User to Citibank but I got EPP with Them...

I think maybe because of 'tis Reason: I was one of their Loyal Customer still Retain an Account & Willing to Stay back with Citibank When the Time of Asia Global Financial Crisis at 1997/98 or when Citibank almost going Pokai (2011), at that Time... & Now they just Rewards Me back with Privilege as their Loyal Customer back for So long...
