No one apply Citi ready cash debit card? I was requested by the agent to applied this card as she said she can't achieve her quota. She even pay the first RM8 activation fees. But she told me can cancel after 3 months. Now I hold it for 11 months and when I tried to cancel , the CS told me they will fine me RM200 as hold less than a year!
