Let's say in 15 Dec Statement I can see RM20 in Shell Rebate. Only in 15 Jan 2015, it will be automatically deduct if I spend in Shell before 15 Jan 2015.
Is this correct ?

Posting Date for Shell transactions using Citibank Shell Card is on the same day... ... just manage to pass the RM2500 mark for 8% rebate smile.gif

My first Citibank eStatement can't be generated because between the Statement Date and Card activation date is less than 1 month.

I've received the eStatement via email on 18-Dec-2014 and another respond via Citibank Online message which mentions there was a problem with eStatement.
That means the CS Officer I talked to was "B***S***".
Another thing I notice the Statement Date on the PDF states one day later than on the Citibank Online portal. shocking.gif

Now need to wait for my rebates of RM50 + RM250 whistling.gif whistling.gif

I did receive my first RM50 for signing using their Online Application promo in my 2nd statement. That's to knock-off the GST.

Still waiting for the next RM250 [Swipe RM1,500 within 60 days from Approval Date] smile.gif

Is it your first eStatement ? Better drop CS an email via the Citibank portal.
My first eStatement (after card approval) was delayed too.

I've received the same RM300 amount under "Everyone Gets Cash Back Winners".
I only assume to receive RM250 as the first RM50 has already been credited earlier.
