HTC ultra pixels is a joke la. It's quality is no where near any nokia phone wit Carl zeiss lens

HTC have learned sony ways use big names and use sophisticated explanation to make it revolution but at the end it sux.

Usually such problem it's very simple to troubleshoot.

Use another charger to charge if same problem the phone got.problem if can charge is charger problem.

Been happening quite some time since samsung conquer due good track record some shop do accept but lower than standard market rate. You have higher chance selling to lowyat forumer than selling to shop. Because due to lack of demand in malaysia they don't want stock it the longer they hold it the faster the value drop so they rather not stock it at all that one of the benefit of owning a nokia in malaysia.
