then try to perform 1 time soft reset will do

if repair fees cost a bomb ..might as well get USED or brand new unit
u need to use navifirm to download ROM

but navifirm is donate application ..need to donut atleast 3 5 USD

try perform soft reset and see the issue still there or not?

usually to troubleshoot whether it's hardware issue or OS issue

1. soft reset
2. format aka hard reset

if 1 + 2 sstill not working = hardware issue

Hi, i had same problem with camera on l920. on wp8.1 camera didnt work never (one year)
after update to wp8.1 gdr2 (via windows insider) and soft reset, camera works me!
but when you downgrade with LSRT back to cyan doesnt work again
meybe they fixed problem with gdr2 update.
