Frankly i wouldn't bother much about the Denim updates on L920 as there is no significant improvement

There is some improvement for ppl who is not in the DP, like the live folder, Data trigger at notification center, Battery tile live update a few things that we got from 8.1.1, I believe there is also improvement in Camera speed.

Did you take that picture with a Tripod? if you are using your hand then you have a very steady hand to take pic in the dark with ISO 125

hand only biggrin.gif

btw ...it's not bler because the shutter speed is 1/100 right?
*
Actually not when shutter speed is slower means it could absorb more light, as the ISO lower is to reduce noise in the picture so taking a picture at that condition needs a very steady hands or tripod, Lumia 920 had a f/aperture of 2.0 it is very good at low light pictures, if this is on Lumia 930/1520 I would say it wont look half as good unless we go on a Tripod.

I hv the Denim update using DP. but honestly, I don't feel any difference with the cam. only significant difference is the alarm snooze looks different.

I think yours is a bugged showing Denim on Extra+Info, when you enable DP you go back to Cyan, disable you get Denim. You will have to wait for the actual firmware push out, unless you are talking about other country variant Lumia 920

ooh.. I thought this DP version already introduced the denim stuff to us. I could be wrong? before Cyan update, it would still show black while giving cyan functions.
*
No not really, because DP only gave us an earlier update on OS, Cyan is Firmware. Certain features you will need firmware to be enable, best example would be Lumia Camera v5, before Denim comes we could use it if you hit back to by pass the warning of asking for Denim update, in Lumia Camera v5 that time we still miss Rich Capture & 4k video recording (Lumia 1520), after Denim update arrive this 2 feature was enable without updating the Lumia Camera v5 again.

A Firmware push would also make common users to get all the OS update along with small patches to the latest version, as of now user that's on DP or none DP should be on same OS version with Denim installed, any new none critical problem found would be fix in DP, users without DP would have to wait until the next firmware comes (Emerald ?) or after W10 for phone officially release end of this year.

I suppose you are already on DP, it gets you advantage of getting new OS update earlier than ppl which is not so you might not really see any new stuff from Denim due to 3 main feature (Hey Cortana, Rich Capture, 4k Video) on Denim is only introduced to Snapdragon 800 hardware.

I see. what provider are you using? do you think it has something to do with network strength?

*
Yes signal/network strength has something to do with it, Lumia 920 has support for LTE why arent you on LTE?

Anyway im from Subang/USJ area Maxis 3G/LTE is fully covered, if you are on U Mobile/Celcom its better to stay on 3G for some areas.
