any idea where to get heatsink/equivalent-thing to reduce the heat for this L920?

I did open/close the casing quite a few times before (those days where force shutdown required when hang )
and its been awhile since i revive back my L920, so just thinking of going ahead with solving the heatsink problem..

There is a time where i could not soft/hard reset the phone, which forced me to open the casing to remove the battery.
Anyway, about the heatsink, where can i get that
