up to you really, personally people did said the jump from High to Ultra is marginal at best

only specific for Watch_Dogs which requires at least 4GB VRAM for Ultra

other games are fine at 2-3GB

Yes you need 6GB VRAM for that setting. Either at least 2x Titan Black or import 2x EVGA 780 6GB.

2 cards SLI double the performance (theoretically/at best) but not the VRAM.

Which mean you SLI two 3GB cards, the final VRAM also 3GB.

You SLI 2GB card with 4GB card, it gonna follow the smaller one, 2GB.

because the data is mirrored in SLI mode, same goes to AMD Crossfire.
