Should i buy gtx 760 soon or should wait for newer ones? Nvidia 800 series got PC version ? or just laptop version for now?

Once GTX 970 came out... my gtx 770 is like.. useless... bought it for rm1299. now gtx 970 totally crush gtx 770 at almost the same price.
 just got to use it till it cant play smoothly on new games then change. |

Lol true also, skip few generations then upgrade for the same price around rm1k to 1.5k the performance is god dam huge. So after 900 series.. wad they gona use. 1000 series?
