the 780ti is good and powerful enough to max any games at 1440p. but sadly, i think i juz got a lemon chip that can't be oc at all for gaming.
after a success bench on heaven with OC and then to game on BF4 - the black screen magic pop up again.
and here i was hoping it's my psu that does not have enough juice, but sadly its not as the machine is still power on.....
gotta live with the stock clock then, not regret, but juz sad bcoz cannot play oc as i always prefer to oc for small bump whether on gaming or benchmark

depends on seller. WD is definitely still on-going. but on SC and others, try to sweet talk them to give you the old/extra key-code

finally upgrade my psu to AX860i. i'm so wow that the psu length is so small/standard size compare to my previous ciplak huntkey.
any1 using AX series psu, can I use 3rd party cable extension - eg. Bitfenix to connect directly to psu?

yeah. will try to do smth about the 24pin cable. the others cable looks nice but the 24 & gpu cable damn ugly & lazy sleeve
time to take out my motherboard plate and drill some hole/part off.
also time to play some OC on my gpu as previously pc gone into auto restart mode.

try to minimize the length of cable as short as possible. i'm sure you realize the 24pin cable is very well damn long and my 24pin extension is 30cm long iinm.

The zotac RM1199 price is very nice, but the RM1499; RM300 price increase is cut throat man.

If you fancy heavy overclocking or just want nice-looking cards then buy the custom cooled cards, if not (like most of the guys here with locked CPU and dull looking cheap mobo) you'd better off with the reference cards.

AMD is cutting more prices, it's crazy since R9 290X and 290 is already cheap. 290 second hand can be fetch nearly the same price as HD 7970 or 280X, while brand new 290X is close to GTX 970 and second hand around RM1.2k. Amazingly good value cards, the performance of R9 290 cards are simply amazing, if you got a PSU and cooling for it.

There custom cooled GTX970 coolers ain't that big anyways. Take for example the Tri-X coolers is so big, but the extra cost is just around RM200.
