Usually, on stock settings, the GTX 780 will run at max 80 - 81C due to the GPU Boost 2.0 requirement (default temperature target).
*
hahaha i adjusted once i got it... then readjusted when i see the temperature

i would recommend Zotac as well, their after sales service is superb

though the orange theme colour may not be of everyone's taste
*
couldnt agree more... the orange yellow theme is not my liking... biggrin.gif

but Zotac performance is good... not sure about reliability...

mine is set that when i reached 80C, my fan will gradually change until max 65%

that one i can notice cause its rather noisy but if im too immersed in the game, i usually ignore the noise

just that suddenly performance drop like heck, solid 60FPS drop <30FPS, cant even play properly then i go check HW Monitor
*
i had this issue before... but once i reset to default settings its fine... altho the temp can go up to 85'C hmm.gif
