Hi guyz. I got some weird and frustrating prob with my PC atm.
I just bought Palit Jetstream GTX 970 weeks ago from CYCOM.
The prob is, my pc sometimes won't start after i restart my comp or after shut down.
To make it worst, this issue not happen everytime and usually when it happened, i need to plug out my GPU back and rub the part that connecting with my mobo to make it work again.
When this prob occur, all LED light inside casing, fan, processor etc are working but the screen just stay blank.
I also try to remove my GPU and my comp work like normal w/o any prob.
For extra information, i used R9 280X and ATI 5770 before and i never face this kind of prob.
Anyone know what is the real prob? Is it because my GPU is faulty? Or maybe because my mobo version just not compatible with my card? Or maybe my PSU faulty?
Anyway i do use latest driver version for my GPU.
This is my pc spec.
Proc - i5 4460
Mobo - Asrock H97M Pro4
Ram - Kingston 1600 mhz 8gb
GPU - Palit Jetstream GTX 970
PSU - Seasonic S12 620w
I also face some coil whine with my current GPU. Is it normal? Or can i claim under warranty for this issue?
I don't know why but i feel my current GPU feel unstable, not like my old Sapphire R9 280X.
Anyone please help me. I hope i can verify what is the actual prob so i can send back to warranty asap.
All of part that i mentioned above is still new (bought around 2 month ago) and still under long warranty.
