hi currently i using GTX970 and will be getting another gtx970 tomorrow..hope can play unity and farcry4 ultra with 4k resolution..do you think i can make it?

hmmm..since u talk about cpu i oso go check online..currently using old i5-2400...some say wnt bottleneck some say depend on game.. im confuse 

Anyone of you tried running SC2 on Ultra / Extreme on GTX980? It is quite laggy on mine, occasional jerk every 5 seconds and i wonder is that a driver issue or the 980 cant support that Running on FullHD.

Anway , I need you guys opinion about the low pixel/texture fill rate for this leadtek card .
Will it impact perfomance a lot ?

If compared as per below attachment , its looks like leadtek is having the lower rate and I have a theory that this is what causing me to get lower scores when doing 3dmark strike test . Thinking of selling this card if thats the case and get myself another g1 gaming 970. I think by removing the backplate should fix the size issue

that only net me around 19k for gpu score .

If OC gained around 22.9k but ive seen people getting around 25-26k

waiting Nvidia annouce the GTX960 spec at CES2015.

Nvidia is expected to launch the mid-range Geforce GTX 960 next month.

The news comes from Hermitage Akibahara, which claims the card won’t appear at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Instead it will launch on January 22.

The card is said to be based on Nvidia’s Maxwell architecture, more specifically the GM206 core. Little is known about the GPU itself, but the card is expected to ship with 2GB of GDDR5 on a 128-bit bus and a price tag of about $200, although we still expect it to end up north of $200.

Maxwell is an extremely efficient architecture and the card is supposed to draw power from a single 6-pin power connector (obviously along with the 75W provided by PCIe).

We will try to find out more about the GM206, namely the exact power consumption figures, so stay tuned.
