If Penang island, you can consider these brands:

1. Leadtek GTX 970, bundle with Plextor M6S 128GB SSD - RM1399
2. Asus Strix GTX 970 - RM1499
3. Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming - RM1499 (no more Siberia V1 bundle)
4. MSI GTX 970 Gaming - RM1499
5. Zotac GTX 970 - RM1249

The first 4 models above are available from E-Tech, BJ Complex. Item 5 can be found from Gadget Zone (BJ / Queensbay). The listed prices are SRP, try asking for some discount. Don't quote me on the prices though, I just recall them from the top of my head. tongue.gif

Ya i know they are high end. But there are some who don't include them as high end cards. These refer to some who had very huge wallet  shocking.gif

*some sites has mentioned that 970 is an upgraded version of 780*
If RM899 i consider buying  laugh.gif

Not me. Some geek told me it's not high end but just a tad over mid end. The word from a salesman  doh.gif

But the form only have option for notebooks T_T not standalone gpu Zzzz . I hope my submission is approved else I'm going to act like entitled twerp

600mhz increase with 4.4Ghz turbo out of 3.4Ghz is still pretty big. Remember, it is quad core with HT. Not dual core.

This.

After how many motha-effing years, Nvidia finally fixed it. Now I have to try it out to really see if it's fixed or not, bug also exists on DisplayPort so that's another one to check out.

Now tempted to get the MSI Tiger. Price is ok I guess but surprisingly can't find reviews easily online.
