i think my time playing this game is over.. seriously, trion is much worse that asiasoft.. customer service really sux.. i lost my characters 2 week ago and to my surprise, my patron status also missing. i then raised a ticket to the CS and it takes them 2 weeks to reply me.. what worst is that, the reply is some sort of automated reply. and my reply to the email will probably require another 2 weeks for correspondence..

i really really like the game though. this is the first time in many years where i felt i can do almost anything in the game. the sandbox element is nice but it should be properly managed. how come a single cart can completely block a trade route altogether? it doesn't sound right at all..
