Budget? I'd rather get a better unit... Powerlogic usually make junk PSUs though. tongue.gif

Get different brand. Something like this,

- Acbel I Power G550W 80+

- FSP HEXA HE 500W 80+ 3 Years

Both under RM200 if u r on tight budget.

Anyway MTBF is usually done in controlled environments. It does not count for other factors like surges and different loads. Its just a guide. Lets say 25000 hours which is about 3 years. Can be less if u have bad current problem. Also a failed fan could make the PS lifespan less.

If the spec sheet is incomplete, it's either the specs is too embarrassing to be displayed or they didn't do the extensive testing.
Conclusion, avoid them.

Spend more on a good PSU, processor graphic card technology change very fast but PSU can last quite some times...

yeah, PSU is very important...
get a good PSU to avoid any unwanted problems in short or long term...

you can even use it on your next pc if it's good smile.gif

if on low budget, get the FSP HEXA 500...
