Hello Icehart, from what I heard it is applicable for 3 storey only. For latest test package, got to check with Plenitude Sales Agent.

What's the package/selling price offered by developer now?

Apparently got stamp duty waive promo now, starts from CNY onwards.
I bought this house on 7th January which is just a week+ away from CNY. That's 20k+. Planning to appeal for that. If I know I would have hold off my purchase.

I see.. You can try to talk to Plenitude again but I doubt that they will reimburse the fee.

How much did you pay for your house? 2 storey?

I feel Plenitude is not being responsible here. Already complain about the street lights that always went off after heavy downpour, not once but many times already. Is there any authority I can report to about this?

No street light = Instant darkness in the neighborhood. It doesn't help only a few occupants in this neighborhood currently.
