I feel Plenitude is not being responsible here. Already complain about the street lights that always went off after heavy downpour, not once but many times already. Is there any authority I can report to about this?
No street light = Instant darkness in the neighborhood. It doesn't help only a few occupants in this neighborhood currently. |
